Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Printer Operator/Production Operator to run dry offset presses, hit established production speeds, and monitor quality against signed samples.

You will oversee a small crew, troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance, load or pack a press on 8- or 12-hour PM shifts, and ensure GMP and safety policies are followed. High school diploma preferred; weekend/overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have some mechanical skills.
• Printing operator experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry offset presses at production speeds and maintain 105% efficiency.
• Monitor print quality against samples to ensure the final product matches the signed standard.
• Keep scrap rate at or below 2.0%.
• Oversee a work crew consisting of a packer and loader.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on presses; load/pack during 8- or 12-hour shifts.
