Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of printing industry experience.
• Proven leadership in a production/print/operations environment.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with prioritization and deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe production environment.
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Establish staffing and shift schedules.
