Job summary

The Imagine Group seeks a Producer to support production project execution for a diverse client base. You will manage workflows in Adobe Workfront, iQuote, Monarch, PrintFlow and Creative Cloud to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery that meets client objectives.

You will collaborate with account managers and production teams, monitor milestones, handle scheduling, budgets, and billing, and drive consistent communication with internal partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production campaigns across multiple client projects.
• Strong collaboration with account managers and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and client communication throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Manager to execute client-specific production campaigns/projects.
• Manage project schedules, tasks, and milestones in Workfront and related tools.
• Navigate full production workflow from creative approval to final delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of all materials.
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to timelines across pre-press, color, finishing, and production.
