Responsibilities

• Provide first-line direction of non-exempt employees in print production, bindery finishing, or shipping/receiving.
• Review production schedules, material and manpower resources.
• Assign employees to maximize production objectives and maintain quality.
• Inform staff of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve issues.
• Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes.
• Maintain reports and production documentation reflecting schedules and performance.
