Job summary

TOPS Products LLC in Missouri seeks a skilled machine operator to set up, adjust and run a range of production equipment including cutters, folders, binders and printers. You will coordinate with the crew to maintain smooth workflow and meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading job orders, using measuring tools and performing basic math to ensure dimensional accuracy. Able to monitor output, productivity and equipment condition, and to make timely adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to set up, adjust and operate a variety of machines with multiple functions.
• Knowledge of papermaking or printing machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic math for dimensional adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate machines with cutting heads, ink towers or other attachments.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and monitor safety, quality, output and productivity.
• Coordinate with crew to manage multiple work stations and ensure accurate final outputs.
• Read and interpret job orders and follow instructions to maintain dimensional accuracy.
