Job summary

TOPS Products LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct non-exempt staff across print production, bindery finishing, and shipping/receiving. You will review schedules, allocate labor and materials, and coordinate with support groups to meet output and quality targets.

This night shift runs from 3 pm to 11 pm. Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams through change

• 3–5 years of supervisory leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line direction to non-exempt employees in print production, bindery finishing, or shipping and receiving.
• Review production schedules and allocate material and manpower resources.
• Coordinate with support groups to resolve scheduling problems and improve processes.
• Maintain production reports and documentation reflecting performance and methods.
