Small family owned printing company looking for a reliable, hands‑on Bindery & Print Production Operator to join our team. You'll work across bindery, digital print production, and shipping — no two days are exactly the same. If you know your way around a cutter and a folding machine, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a team that depends on each other, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Program and operate a guillotine cutter
• Set up and run folding, scoring, and die cutting equipment
• Padding, drilling, round cornering and other print finishing processes
• Quality control — you catch mistakes before they leave the floor
• Prepare and process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Keep your work area organized and production flowing
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you

What We're Looking For

• Experience with bindery equipment (cutter and folder experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to measure accurately using a ruler and read job specs
• Solid computer skills — comfortable working with job tickets and basic software
• Deadline‑driven and detail‑oriented
