Modern Litho is a local, family-owned printing company with over 85 years of experience, seeking a Machine Operator to support both bindery and wide format production. You will assist with setup, finishing, and post‑production tasks, producing banners, decals, posters, and signage.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and pride in quality work. Training is available for motivated candidates; Monday–Friday schedule with overtime possibilities.

• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bindery, finishing, and wide format equipment according to job specifications.
• Stitch, punch, coil, cut, glue, laminate, mount, and grommet materials.
• Follow job tickets and written instructions to meet customer requirements.
• Perform routine cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Enter time and material data into production tracking systems.
• Maintain image quality, color accuracy, and overall production standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Follow standard work practices and maintain a safe work environment.

Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For

As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing and finishing operations. This position supports both bindery and wide format production, involving hands‑on work with printing, finishing, and post‑production equipment. You'll assist with collating, stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, laminating, mounting, and packing materials, while also operating wide format printing and finishing equipment to produce banners, decals, posters, and signage. • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
