Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in production, print, office administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Previous production or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds.
• Prior print room or print production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and help with customer orders.
• Prepare, organize, and process materials for production including printing and scanning.
• Assist with general production tasks and equipment with training.
• Review customer requests and orders for accuracy.
• Greet visitors and assist walk-in customers; answer incoming calls.
• Provide responsive customer service and troubleshoot issues.
• Process print-related requests and perform general admin duties (filing, mail, data entry).
