The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical work throughout the shift. Second or third shift options are available on-site with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Candidates must follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

• Able to lift 50 pounds or more without assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products into boxes and stack onto pallets.
• Verify products are packed accurately and meet quality requirements.
• Assist with production equipment and material handling as assigned.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Rotate between stations and tasks as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
