Magnet Group in Missouri is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to operate print and finishing equipment. This position offers a clear growth path in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

You will read work orders, set up machines, and assist with packing, labeling, and logging production. OT may be required on 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run print or print finishing equipment.
• Read Work Orders and perform tasks as assigned by department supervisor.
• Unpack, catch, bag, shrink wrap, or operate digital/mechanical production equipment to make sub-assemblies or finished goods.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Log production in schedule boards.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain quality and a positive attitude.
