Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring a Packaging Specialist to support the Lawrence Production Center on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves hands-on production and packaging in a fast-paced environment.

You will unload, stack, feed, and inspect products, operate label printers, and assist with setup and documentation. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; willingness to rotate across departments is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive hand-oriented tasks with accuracy.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to work across different departments as needed.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from conveyors and production lines.
• Stack and organize products on skids and in cartons.
• Remove scrap material and assist with envelope production as needed.
• Set up and operate label-printing equipment for various labels.
• Support machine setup and make-ready processes.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
