Qualifications

• Proficient in operating printing equipment and machinery.
• Inspect materials and finished prints to ensure specifications.
• Assist with press setup, ink management, and output consistency.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical or process issues during production.
• Prepare printing plates and review artwork for accuracy.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail.
• Perform basic math and measurements; stand, lift and move materials.
• Experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing environments is beneficial but not required.
