The role involves leading printing operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output. Desired candidates should have experience with large-format printers and vehicle graphics and be capable of operating relevant software. This position is essential for maximizing the franchise's productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of designing and working with vehicle graphics.
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Understanding of graphic and signage finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the printing and production of client orders.
• Inspect customer files and provide digital proofs.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers.
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio (if applicable)
• Packaging, labeling, and shipping completed jobs
• Assist with simple sign installs/deliveries locally
• Organize workspaces and maintain a safe shop floor
• Utilize software for estimates/quotes; Run digital printers using RIP software

The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high‑quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Functions

• Lead the printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print‑ready
• Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Smaller graphic installations
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes; Run digital printers using RIP software
• Prep files, impose jobs, and assist with quality control
• Operate finishing equipment (cutting, folding, laminating, etc.)
• Package/organize finished jobs
• Assist with simple sign installs/deliveries locally
• Organize workspaces and maintain a safe shop floor
