Job summary

SpeedPro Allentown is seeking a Production Manager to lead the printing and production of client orders, ensuring fast turnaround, high-quality output, and efficient material use.

You will operate large-format printers and related equipment, inspect files, provide proofs, manage inventory, and may offer in-house graphic design or installations as needed. Proficiency with CoreBridge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates.
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic finishing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead production of client orders for wide-format graphics.
• Inspect files, provide proofs, and ensure print-ready graphics.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Manage inventory and procurement with the team.
• Provide graphic design services when not outsourced.
• Pack, ship, and deliver completed jobs and support site surveys.
• Use CoreBridge for estimates and quotes.
• Unload deliveries and assist with installations as needed.

Position Overview

The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This role plays a critical part in the franchise's profit and margin potential, ensuring fast turnaround, high-quality output, and efficient material use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the printing and production of client orders.
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make graphics print-ready.
• Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Conduct inventory and procurement (team assists with ordering).
• Provide graphic design services (unless outsourced).
• Manage smaller graphic installations.
• Unload and unpack deliveries to the studio.
• Inspect vehicles, perform measurements, site surveys.
• Pack, label, and ship completed jobs; handle deliveries.
• Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates and quotes.
