Job summary

Sterling North America, Inc. is seeking a Print Production Account Coordinator for the 2nd/3rd shift at our Hauppauge, NY facility. This role focuses on coordinating proofs, client communication, and ensuring production meets specifications and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in offset and digital print, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Availability for nights, flexibility to work additional hours, and the ability to work onsite are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of offset and digital print experience.
• 3+ years printing industry experience preferred.
• Onsite work at Hauppauge, NY full-time.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Submit proofs per client/management requests.
• Discuss new or repeat print orders with clients; review project specifications and assure all are properly accounted.
• Translate and communicate client project requirements to facilitate timely production of product.
• Monitor progress of jobs throughout production; inform clients of issues and coordinate changes.
• Record and file all orders in an organized manner.
• Field client questions and resolve complaints promptly; collaborate with supervisor and colleagues, sales, management, and production.
• Additional duties as directed by management.
