Job Responsibilities

• Follow company quality assurance procedures
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Manufacture a range of commercial products following specific procedures and quality guidelines
• Work with moderate supervision to meet safety, quality, and productivity metrics
• Create and maintain production records
• Perform routine testing and final product inspection as required
• Communicate production inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures
• Operate tools to aid in the printing process
• Perform routine maintenance of production equipment
• Keep all equipment and work areas clean and up to 5S standards
• Log inventory transactions and communicate low stock items to supervision
• Inspect incoming materials
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Activities

Job Requirements

• Willing to submit to a background check and credit report
• High School Diploma/GED; Associate's degree preferred
• Ability to understand operation of test equipment
