Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) to join our press team. We offer hands‑on training, a stable full‑time role, and 12‑hour day shifts on a rotating schedule, with overtime opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating offset presses, preparing plates, adjusting registration, and ensuring color accuracy. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast‑paced print shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating printing equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Read and follow job specifications and adjust equipment as needed.
• Work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare the press for production.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prepare for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues during production.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to keep presses running smoothly.
• Work safely and collaboratively with the team.
