Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Print Production Technician (Rolltender) to help produce high-quality printed materials. You’ll set up and operate single- and multi-color offset presses, read job instructions, and prepare presses for production.

This full-time role offers 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm), on a rotating schedule, with overtime opportunities. We provide hands-on training and a clear path to grow within a stable printing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to read and follow job specifications and adjust equipment.
• Works well with others with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate single- and multi-color offset presses.
• Read job instructions and prepare presses for production.
• Install printing plates, adjust registration, and prep for production.
• Make color and quality adjustments to meet standards.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Work safely while collaborating with a team.
