Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a press operator to run sheet fed and digital presses, assemble and ship finished products, and follow SOPs in a team setting. The role emphasizes quality, ink balance, and timely production.

The shift is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm, with compensation in the $17.00–$18.75/hour range and eligibility for incentive plans. Benefits start on day one and include health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up the printing press, load stock, set paper path and ink balance.
• Ensure order instructions are followed and color matching meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Understand press controls and operate within standard work.
