Requires 18+ years old; HS/GED with 1 year printing experience preferred; mechanical ability and basic math/reading/computer skills are essential. Hourly pay is $17.00–$18.75 with incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
• Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet fed, digital presses, bindery and related processing equipment to produce quality orders.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work in a team to meet daily output goals.
• Set up press including stock loading, ink balance, color matching, and required attributes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
