Retention Bonus - $750 Compensation The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Under general direction from team manager and in conjunction with team members, contribute to company quality and service commitments by operating equipment, such as multi-color sheet-fed or continuous/web presses running mostly custom or base forms work or high-speed single-color continuous/web presses. Intermediate to advanced manual numbering may be required. Manual setups and changeovers are typically required.
