Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in color print production.
• Familiarity with Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital presses.
• Understanding of color theory and calibration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to work overnight hours and overtime may be necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-speed digital and/or offset printing equipment, with a strong understanding of color calibration, print quality standards, and finishing processes.
