REPAY is seeking a Print Operator to run high speed printing equipment in the Piscataway, NJ facility. You will perform setup, print production jobs, conduct quality checks, and assist with printer maintenance. The role requires attention to inventory, paperwork, and cross-department communication.

The job supports first shift training and a later third shift post-training, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and meeting daily printing requirements. Steel-toed shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of high speed printing equipment.
• Experience in the operator adjustments required to operate and run high-speed printers.
• Ability to perform basic PC tasks such as copying and moving files, creating directories, and editing files.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently.
• Steel toed shoes are required for each shift.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and over time as required.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this job is to operate the high speed printing equipment to meet the daily printing requirements of the various jobs being worked on within REPAY's Operations department.Facility Address: 30 Knox Drive, Piscataway, NJ 08854First Shift for training (~90 days): 6:00am - 2:00pm ETThird Shift post-training: 12am - 8am ETDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESKeep area clean. (i.e. Free of loose boxes, etc.)Keep open line of communication with other departments.
