Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Print Services professional to oversee daily print operations, provide quotes, and coordinate jobs with the production team. You will manage the workflow system, set priorities, and create daily schedules to ensure timely delivery across hospital departments.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced print environment, strong technical skills with InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Acrobat and excellent communication. On-site in Florida with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast paced print production environment.
• Direct experience utilizing PC and/or Macintosh operating systems and Microsoft software, including Word, Excel and Publisher.
• High school graduate or equivalent; preference for healthcare-related field familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of processing all print requests, provide quotes, and coordinate jobs with the Print Services production team.
• Manage the Print Services workflow system to monitor workload, establish job priorities, and create daily production schedules.
• Serve as an implementation support and trainer for the Print Services order management system.
• Activate accounts in the order management system for users to access the online ordering site.
• Creates catalog items in the order management system for client ordering processes and maintains the catalogs.
