Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year quality control experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Knowledge of USPS postal regulations.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Independent and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality control procedures and inspect work in process and finished products.
• Read and interpret job instructions and compliance requirements.
• Perform physical inspection of product.
• Review customer proofs and seeds.
• Assist production team as needed.
• Follow QA guidelines and safety protocol.
• Manage non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Train other associates on QA procedures.

Job Summary:

Digital Dog Direct is currently searching for a Quality Assurance Associate with experience in the print & mail industry. In this role the incumbent will perform duties as defined in the description below in support of delivering quality services to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Production and Compliance Manager, the Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for developing quality control procedures, inspecting work in process and finished products, and assisting with establishing on-going continual improvement initiatives. The individual is accountable for meeting performance objectives and ensuring high quality output.
• Read and interpret job instructions and compliance requirements
• Perform physical inspection of product
• Review of customer proof and seeds
• Assist production team when necessary
• Follow quality assurance guidelines and safety protocol
• Manage non-conformance and corrective action
• Train other associates on quality assurance procedures
• Pay close attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned.
