Job summary

Manpower Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Printer Production Associate to join the production department. You will operate printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machinery for various materials such as statements and loyalty cards, supporting accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with availability for weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry and navigation.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Stand for 95% of shift and lift 20–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime and holidays.
• HS diploma preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machines for materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cards.
• Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, affix tags to carriers, and stuff mail into mailing packages.
• Operate presorting machines to sort and separate damaged mail and request reprints when needed.
• Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity, safety, and quality standards.
