Job summary

Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Associates to join our production team in the Cheektowaga, NY area. You will participate in the preparation, printing, inserting, sorting, packaging, and distribution of customer communications and mail products.

No industry experience is required for many assignments; we will train motivated individuals who show reliability and a strong work ethic. Roles may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or distribution is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production, printing, inserting, sorting, packaging, and mailing equipment.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Load materials and prepare finished products for shipment or mailing.
• Follow procedures and safety standards; complete production documentation.
• Identify issues and notify leadership when quality or equipment problems arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
