Job summary

Colony Brands Inc. in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking an Operator I (Machine Operator) to produce high quality print outputs using printers or inserters. You will assist with setup and maintenance and run assigned equipment under Shift Supervisors to ensure timely, accurate completion of client work.

The role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and initiative as you learn procedures, monitor output quality, handle assignments, and suggest workflow improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months or less of machine operation experience in a similar or related field.
• Ability to work in a team
• Possesses initiative and motivation
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Learn, maintain and demonstrate knowledge of all job, equipment, and operating procedures
• Continually monitor print/inserting quality to ensure that all work produced meets the highest quality standards
• Receives and processes work assignments based on management direction
• Informs management of any established production targets that can't be met
• Makes suggestions regarding paper, productivity, and work flow options
