Job summary

Colony Brands Inc. in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking an Operator I (Machine Operator) to produce high quality print outputs using printers or inserters. You will assist with setup and maintenance and run assigned equipment under Shift Supervisors to ensure timely, accurate completion of client work.

The role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and initiative as you learn procedures, monitor output quality, handle assignments, and suggest workflow improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Job Description

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for producing high quality print outputs, products, and services utilizing printers or inserters. The position will use a variety of printing, inserting, and finishing equipment. An individual will be able to assist with the setup and maintenance along with running assigned equipment. The position reports directly to the Shift Supervisors to prioritize client work requirements and ensure that projects are completed on a timely, accurate basis.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Learning, maintaining and demonstrating knowledge of all job, equipment, and operating procedures
• Continually monitoring print/inserting quality to ensure that all work produced meets the highest quality standards
• Receives and processes work assignments based on management direction
• Informs management of any established production targets that can't be met.
• Makes suggestions regarding paper, productivity, and work flow options.

We would like 6 months or less of machine operation experience in a similar or related field.

In addition, we are looking for:
