Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training of store team members.
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines.
• Takes orders, coordinates activities in the Store, and provides pricing information.
• Recommends appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
• Operates and maintains printing, binding, and related equipment using customer media.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
