Job summary

FedEx Office in Texas seeks a Store Consultant who delivers a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs and recommend solutions across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and operate printing and shipping equipment to support store standards.

You will maintain a clean, organized store, manage production, handle complex projects, and ensure safety and security policies are followed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
• Takes orders, coordinates activities in the store, and provides pricing information.
• Operates and maintains a wide variety of equipment and handles parcels for shipping.
