Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services seeks a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and advise on FedEx Office products to meet customer needs.

You will operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment, manage production queues, and help keep the store organized and welcoming. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
