Job summary

PostNet IL106 in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a team member to create and prepare electronic files for printing and assist customers at the front counter. You will support graphics projects from concept to finished product, answer phones and emails, and help with center services. This is a full-time position.

You should have strong design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid Windows background. EFI Fiery knowledge is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent graphic design and page layout skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
• Presentation and spreadsheet proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides/Sheets).
• Strong background with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into final products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Associate’s degree or design certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials, including multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards.
• Involvement in output, workflow management, and production of orders, up to operating a digital printing machine.
• Consult with customers about graphics needs and assist with related applications on center computers.
• Produce quotes for clients, assemble final layouts, and review layouts for print readiness.
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, and copying services as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace and help with sales transactions and image archive.
