Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphics production, art production, or design production.
• Hands-on experience managing large-format print vendors, including screen print shops, digital print facilities, and specialty fabricators.
• Museum, exhibition, or venue graphics experience (branding, wayfinding, environmental graphics).
• Proven ability to fast-track print production, including managing tight sample turnaround times, quality control, and vendor problem-solving.
• Understanding of substrate options, durability requirements, and installation logistics for graphics.

Responsibilities

• Graphics production management: Shepherd designs from creative approval through file delivery to a scenic shop or graphics production firm.
• Design-to-production workflow: Manage file preparation, color management, substrate selection, print specifications, and quality control on samples.
• Asset tracking and scheduling: Coordinate with the graphic design firm, scenic shop, and graphics production firm on graphics installation timing, ensuring all graphics are production-ready by handoff.
