• Pack and organize shipments so they reach clients on time.
• Coordinate runner and courier services for pickups and deliveries.
• Notify the Production Manager or Director when printing or packaging supplies are needed.
• Assist in preparing client-facing deliverables, including PDFs, Keynotes, Google Slides presentations, copy documents, record sets and contact sheets.

We're looking to add a Freelance Print Specialist / Production Coordinator to our freelance roster. This is an on-site role in Burbank, CA supporting our Production team with everything from color-accurate print proofs and client boards to packaging, shipments, and day-to-day production needs.
