Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Graphics Producer in Los Angeles to oversee the full production workflow from design sign-off to fabrication transfer, ensuring every deliverable meets exhibition standards and deadlines.

The role requires 4+ years in graphics production, direct experience with large-format print suppliers, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills to manage pre-press, color profiles, and print-ready assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphics production, art operations, or design implementation.
• Direct experience supervising large-format print suppliers, digital printing plants, screen printers, and specialty fabricators.
• Deep technical mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, pre-press setups, color profiles, and print-ready asset preparation.

Responsibilities

• Production Pipeline Oversight: Guide graphic assets from design sign-off through final file delivery to the scenic fabricator or print facility.
• Technical Workflow & Specs: Oversee file preparation, color calibration, material/substrate selection, printing specs, and proof evaluation.
• Schedule & Asset Coordination: Align timelines across the design agency, scenic shop, and print vendors to ensure assets are prepared before handoff date.
