Job summary

Bank-A-Count in Wisconsin is seeking a production associate to perform a variety of packaging and finishing tasks. You will operate printers, cutters, folders, and inserters to assemble and package products for shipment.

The role requires reading job information, maintaining equipment, and adhering to postal regulations and safety procedures. A valid driver’s license is required for post-office transport; high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related work experience or training.
• Basic mathematical aptitude including addition, subtraction, multiplication and percentages.
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions in standard situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate printers, cutters, folders, and inserters to print, assemble and package products.
• Use Pitney Bowes postage meter to affix correct postage amounts.
• Process orders and packages through UPS/FedEx/ShipWorks/Stamps software for shipping.
• Assemble orders according to customer specifications and specified relationships.
• Read and interpret job information to select appropriate production steps.
• Maintain training to operate bindery equipment in backup capacity.
• Adhere to changing postal regulations and safety procedures.
• Observe equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Package products for parcel delivery using proper mail/shipping methods.
• Transport products between buildings and to the Post Office; valid driver’s license required.
• Work at different stations and rotate between departments as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; comply with company policies and privacy rules.
