Qualifications

• Experience operating folding equipment such as Stahl, MBO, Heidelberg, or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read job tickets, production instructions, and machine setup specifications.
• Basic math, organizational, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.]

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding, folder/gluer, bindery, mailing, finishing, and press equipment
• Read and interpret job tickets, production orders, and folding diagrams
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer specifications are met
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor machine maintenance and adjustments
• Load printed materials into feeders and monitor production flow
• Sort and process mail according to USPS regulations
• Accurately track production data, time, and material usage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
