Job summary

Enpointe in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Print Finishing - Folder/Gluer Machine Operator for 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM), on-site. The role sets up, operates, and maintains folder gluer equipment to finish printed cartons in accordance with customer specs and quality standards.

You'll inspect output, adjust settings, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with prepress, press and shipping to ensure on-time production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience operating folder gluer, finishing or bindery equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand job tickets and folding diagrams.
• Lift capacity up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer equipment per job tickets and specs.
• Adjust machine settings for folding, gluing, alignment and dimensions.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished materials for quality and defect-free output.
• Monitor workflow and ensure on-time production.
• Troubleshoot misfeeds, jams, or material defects.
• Load and unload printed materials safely.
• Record production data including output, usage, downtime and waste.
• Maintain clean, safe work area in line with policies and OSHA.
