Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, pack and move materials, and participate in a team that hits daily production goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, the ability to follow instructions, read forms, and work reliably with others. Physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Read forms and count accurately; show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsabilités

• Feed books/signatures into machine and operate finishing/bindery equipment as trained.
• Pack books into cartons and move materials safely around the workspace.
• Perform hand operations and assist the team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
