Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for Bindery and Ancillary Machines. No experience required—we’ll train you to operate high-speed paper sheeting equipment, set up small bindery tools, and contribute to daily production goals on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable and able to work in a team.
• Willing to learn and train on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain small bindery equipment.
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
