Sheridan is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3 PM) to learn on high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books, catalogs and printed materials. No prior bindery experience is required—we will train you.

You’ll join a collaborative team to meet daily production goals, perform hands-on tasks, and help ensure quality while adhering to safety procedures in a busy factory setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
