Job summary

TSG - The Sheridan Group in Buckman, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Finishing/Bindery on second shift (2:30PM–11PM). The role offers on-the-job training to operate high-speed bindery equipment, alongside feeding, packing, and inspecting finished products to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
