Job summary

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor company, is seeking an Equipment Operator (Cutter/Folder/Stitcher Operator) to join our team in Duluth, GA. You will perform bindery tasks, set up equipment, and ensure production runs efficiently and products meet quality standards.

The role requires reading job tickets, basic math, and maintaining safety. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with hourly pay and opportunities for growth. DailyPay is available from day one.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret simple instructions, memos, and job tickets.
• Basic math calculations required for production tasks.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production pace.
• Strong safety awareness and use of PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bindery equipment (cutter, folder, stitcher) per job specs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and document results.
• Load/unload materials and store them per guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues.
