Job summary

ExecuSource seeks a Color Specialist to provide color management consulting, training, and technical support for Production and Sheetfed customers. The role drives color workflow optimization, print consistency, and performance of color management solutions.

Trusted by customers, you will train onsite, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales and PM to tailor solutions while traveling to customer sites nationwide. Excellent benefits available.

Qualifications

• Color theory and color management knowledge is required.
• Experience with print production workflows and CtP.
• Degree or certification in Print Management or Graphic Communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training for press calibration, proofing systems, device calibration, and color workflows.
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot color management solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve workflow, print quality, and software issues.
• Support customer escalations, software enhancements, and product improvements.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices.
• Document customer activities, project progress, and service recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and Project Management to evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Conduct workflow audits to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance color performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer support.

Color Specialist

Location: Marietta, GA

Pay: $85,000–$100,000 (DOE)

Schedule: Onsite Daily (frequent travel to customer sites throughout the United States is required)

Summary

The Color Specialist provides color management consulting, implementation, training, and technical support for Production and Sheetfed customers. This role helps customers optimize color workflows, improve print consistency, and maximize the performance of color management solutions.

What you need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of color theory and color management.
• Experience with print production workflows, including prepress, pressroom, postpress, and CtP.
• Experience delivering technical training and customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and build strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Color Toolbox and color management solutions.
• Experience implementing commercial printing color workflows.
• Experience with a printing technology or workflow software provider.
• Degree or certification in Print Management, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
