PrintLink - Print & Packaging Recruiters represents an established leader in wallcoverings design and manufacturing seeking a Color Management Specialist in Pennsylvania.

This hands-on role connects the Design Studio, Prepress, and Manufacturing teams, taking ownership of color from file creation through the final printed wallcovering while helping establish standards to keep color consistent across production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on color management in digital/analog print production.
• G7 certification, AVA and Adobe Photoshop required.
• Experience with wallcoverings, textiles, roll-to-roll printing, or other roll-good substrates.
• Familiarity with Fiery, Caldera, PrintFactory and/or ONYX RIP software.
• Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers and color measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own color management from digital file through final printed wallcovering.
• Bridge Design, Prepress, and Manufacturing to ensure color consistency.
• Create and maintain ICC profiles, color standards, and prepress workflows.
• Calibrate monitors, proofers, printers, and production presses.
• Manage digital prepress and troubleshoot color issues from artwork through production.
• Establish color standards and train operators to achieve consistent, repeatable results.

Our client, an established leader in wallcoverings design and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Color Management Specialist in Pennsylvania. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role connecting the Design Studio, Prepress, and Manufacturing teams. What We’re Looking For:
