Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Sr. / Principal Supply Chain Capital Project Specialist to lead sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management for large-scale capital projects.

You will develop sourcing strategies, manage bidding, negotiate EPC/construction contracts, and drive cost savings while mitigating risks across engineering and construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of advanced sourcing, procurement, and contracting experience in engineering, construction, or capital project environments.
• Strong experience negotiating complex contracts, change orders, and supplier agreements.
• Proven contract management and project management experience.
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events, proposal evaluations, and vendor selection processes.
• Strong supplier relationship and performance management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing/sourcing systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, construction, project management, and supplier partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites.
