Job summary

LCI - Lawinger Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions that empower business stakeholders with actionable analytics and reliable reports.

You will mentor teams, partner with leadership on data strategy, and oversee the full BI lifecycle from data models to dashboards. Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills and a proven track record in BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).
• 8+ years of experience in IT or related field.
• Experience presenting BI solutions to leadership teams.
• Administration of BI-related software and hardware.
• Proven ability to design and implement BI platforms from the ground up.

Position Overview
