• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex credit transactions, including direct lending, distressed debt, and special situations.
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, actively participating in value creation initiatives and restructuring efforts where necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, management teams of portfolio companies, and financial sponsors.
• Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
